This week’s menu includes an Amuse-Bouche: Beef Tenderloin with a Mango Salsa. First Course: Lemon & Rice Soup with a Raspberry, Jicama and Fennel Salad. Second Course: Fried Red Tomato, Pork Tenderloin Confetti with Summer Squash. Third Course: Cedar Plank Grilled Sockeye with an Apple and Ginger Scented Wild Rice. Fourth Course: Chocolate Mousse with a Kataifi Wrapped Strawberry. Wine pairings with second, third and forth courses.
