Easy Living can also arrange for services that individual homeowners may need, such as attending to plumbing and other maintenance issues. The cost of these services would be at the homeowners’ expense, but Easy Living can be a resource for helping you get what you need.

HOA fees

You will receive an invoice which will have a breakdown of all HOA fees, including fees for your condo, your parking spot(s), the shared Hotel amenities, and Spectrum service.

Homeowners will be able to pay their HOA fees in a number of ways, by phone, by mail, ACH deposits, online. Instructions for paying will be provided with the invoice.
