Join us each Sunday evening beginning at 5pm for a five course tasting menu created by our Executive Chef Kevin Ilenda.
This week’s menu includes an Amuse-Bouche: Beef Tenderloin with a Mango Salsa. First Course: Lemon & Rice Soup with a Raspberry, Jicama and Fennel Salad. Second Course: Fried Red Tomato, Pork Tenderloin Confetti with Summer Squash. Third Course: Cedar Plank Grilled Sockeye with an Apple and Ginger Scented Wild Rice. Fourth Course: Chocolate Mousse with a Kataifi Wrapped Strawberry. Wine pairings with second, third and forth courses.

Join us in the Lake Superior Plaza (at the corner of Lake Avenue and Superior Street) from 11am until 1pm on July 31st for a delicious lunch during the Downtown Farmer’s Market.
Chef Kevin Ilenda is meticulous about the flavors in his dishes; so you’ll be sure to enjoy locally grown and sustainably produced ingredients on, and off the plate at this event. He’s paired his Pulled Beef Brisket and Jicama Slaw Sandwich with a handful of his house-made Barbeque Chips in a basket, for a lunch that can easily travel with you as you shop for your own organic ingredients at the Downtown Farmer’s Market.
